How do we find Looe Bay Holiday Park? The Park is on the B3253 about 2 miles north-east of Looe, and is clearly signposted; How is the allocation of stands decided? Last year's exhibitors are offered the option of taking the same stand again, and we take into account any special requests made by you on your booking form. If, having seen the show floor plan at www.secta.org.uk/tradeshow/floorplan.pdf, you would like to know more, please contact Paul Higgins on 01503-263737 and ask. From 8am on 30th Jan. Before this time, you will need to make special arrangements: 01503 263737. The doors will open to the public at 6pm on Wednesday 30 January On Thursday 31st January, you can get into the venue again from 8am, ready for opening at 10am. The show finishes at 4pm, and stands may not be dismantled until after this time. Near the front entrance or the back, whichever is more convenient for your stand location; please check with the show organiser on arrival. There will be several people able to assist you in unloading; feel free to ask. After unloading, please park your vehicle in a car park away from the main entrance. What arrangements are there for overnight security? The venue is alarmed on a Redcare system with links to management on the park and alarm receiving centre. We didn’t mention on our application that we need an electric supply or an extra table - can this still be arranged? Please ask Paul Higgins asap on 01503 263737 – don’t leave it until you arrive. How can we fix up our display material? Please bring Blutack, Sellotape, Velcro, string, scissors and your own display boards, as these will not be available on the site. Some stand spaces are free-standing, others back onto a (painted) wall; we do not have felted stand walls. There are some fixings around the room to which display material can be tied. We will need to keep food/drink chilled – how can we arrange this? If you cannot bring your own refrigeration unit, we may be able to supply one on advance request. We’d like to stay the night nearby – how can we arrange this? If you require accommodation at the Park on the night of 30 January, phone 01503 263737 no later than 23rd January to reserve it. The accommodation will be a caravan with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. The cost is £25 per unit. Is there an Internet connection available for our stand? It is expected that a wireless broadband connection will be available in the main hall (stands C1 - C45). Please check with WesternWeb (webmaster@westernweb.co.uk) if you wish to use this facility.
